Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to our strict No Return policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
3. Custom Patches & Application Liability
Our iron-on patches are designed for easy application; however, Patch & Play by Pey is not responsible for any damage caused to garments, bags, or other items during the ironing or application process. It is the customer's responsibility to follow all care and application instructions carefully and to ensure the material being ironed is heat-safe.
4. Party Bookings and Events
By booking a mobile or on-site party with Patch & Play by Pey, you agree to provide a safe and suitable environment for the activities. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and magical experience, Patch & Play by Pey is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or allergic reactions that may occur during the event. An adult must be present at all times during mobile parties.
5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
6. Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products and party packages are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
