Returns

All Sales Are Final Because our items are custom, personalized, and handcrafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes all individual patches, custom jackets, patch bags, and party kits.

Damaged or Defective Items We take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To report an issue, please email us at patchesandplay@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

If the error is on our end, we will gladly work with you to provide a replacement as quickly as possible.

Party Bookings & Deposits For birthday parties and mobile events, all deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 14 days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.
